The Loop officially opened its doors Saturday morning, April 18, with a ribbon cutting on Center Avenue and Fifth Street.
The Westchase District is now home to the first phase of the new Library Loop Trail, which has been 10 years in the making, and community leaders are planning a long list of park projects in the area.
